With the combination of speed and finese, defenders better get ready for along 2010 - 2011 season. Byrd is the type of athlete that coaches scheme ways to get the ball in his hands.

Bill Belton QB Winslow township High School

As a junior, Belton threw for 2200 yards and 15 touchdowns and also ran for 1000 more yards and 15 scores on the ground. He only played a couple of plays in one game on defense, but had a 73-yard interception return for touchdown. Belton has a quick release and he shows a lot of poise and vision on the field looking to pass first. With his excellent burst and change of direction that he shows off avoiding the rush as a quarterback. Bill Belton sould be one of the most exciting quaterback to watch this year.
Savon Huggins RB St. Peters Preparatory School
Savon Huggins as a junior carried the ball 211 times for 1544 yards and 22 touchdowns. He also caught 14 passes for 79 yards and another score. On defense, Huggins had 24 tackles and an interception. Huggins runs with a good center of gravity and low pad level. He has excellent vision and the running instincts to set up a second tackler while running by a first defender. With his combination of balance and low center of gravity make him nearly impossible to get a clean hit on and he must be wrapped up to be brought down. He keeps his feet moving in traffic and runs with surprising power.
